If Disney characters ran your school, who would you draft? Every great team needs the right players in the right roles. And just like in sports, one bad pick can throw off the whole system. One great pick can change everything.
You’ve got one job: Draft your ultimate school dream team using Disney characters.
But choose carefully…
ONE character per role. No duplicates. Yes, we will judge your Principal choice!
The School Draft Board
The Principal (aka The Quarterback)
Leader. Decision-maker. Sets the tone for everything.
Mufasa (strong, respected, wise)
Elsa (composed under pressure)
Tiana (work ethic unmatched)
**My first round draft pick? Tiana!
The School Counselor (Heart of the Team)
Handles emotions, conflict, and everything in between.
Mirabel (sees everyone’s gifts)
Baymax (emotional + physical support)
Rapunzel (connection comes easily)
**My first round draft pick? Mirabel!
The Librarian (The Hidden MVP)
Quietly running the show behind the scenes.
Belle (obvious first-round pick)
Merlin (knowledge = power)
Tiana (organized + focused)
**My first round draft pick? Belle!
The Teacher (The Playmaker)
Where the real magic happens.
Mulan (adapts, leads, problem-solves)
Woody (loyal, trusted, consistent)
Moana (inspires and guides)
**My first round draft pick? Woody!
Cafeteria Manager (The Real Power Position)
Controls the vibe more than anyone wants to admit.
Remy (elite choice)
Mrs. Potts (comfort food energy)
Stitch (chaotic… but memorable)
**This one is SOOO hard! My first round draft pick? Remy!
The Security/Front Office (The Defensive Line)
First line of contact. Keeps everything running smoothly.
Mr. Incredible (strong + dependable)
Judy Hopps (alert and proactive)
Kronk (unexpectedly competent )
**I’m going with Mr. Incredible here!
Specials Teacher (Art/Music/PE – The Game Changer)
Brings the FUN.
Miguel (music = life)
Genie (pure creativity)
Olaf (joy generator)
**Another tough one!! But my first-round pick goes to…OLAF!
Let’s Be Honest…
Someone is building a fully chaotic team and calling it “fun.”
Someone is making very strategic picks like this is the actual NFL Draft
And someone is absolutely taking Remy first overall
(No notes. That’s a solid pick.)
Parent Draft: Your Home Team
Parents, you’re officially on the clock.
Because if we’re being real, your house is basically running a full school system every day.
Build Your Home Team
Assign Disney characters to these roles:
Morning Routine Manager (who is getting everyone out the door)
Homework Helper (patience REQUIRED)
Conflict Manager (sibling arguments = daily sport)
Meal Coordinator (aka cafeteria at home)
Emotional Support Human (the most important role of all)
The Reality Check
Let’s be honest about who you might actually draft:
Morning Routine Manager: Lightning McQueen (FAST… but chaotic)
Homework Helper: Dory (“Wait… what was the question?”)
Conflict Manager: Meal Coordinator: Remy (I wish!)
Emotional Support: Winnie the Pooh (soft, steady, always there)
The Parent Truth
Some days you feel like Mufasa, strong, wise, in control. Other days, you’re just trying to “keep swimming” like Dory. And honestly? Both are part of building a great team.
Your Turn
Who’s your Principal? Who are you trusting with your cafeteria (this matters more than you think)? And which pick are you defending, no matter what?
Fun Friday Takeaway
Every great team looks a little different. But the best ones? They balance strength, heart, creativity and just a little bit of chaos. Whether it’s a school or a home,, it takes a whole team to make the magic work!
